We're so excited you've chosen Xplosion Dance Center! Whether this is your child's very first dance class or you're joining us from another studio, we're here to make your first season fun, exciting, and stress-free. This guide will answer many of your questions and help you feel prepared for an amazing dance year.

📅 Registration
Registration is Officially Open for our 22nd Season!
💰 Tuition
Monthly tuition varies from $60 to $75 based on the class selected. There are no registration fees. Tuition is based on the full dance season and divided into nine equal monthly payments for your convenience.
👗 Dress Code
Proper dance attire helps dancers move comfortably and allows instructors to observe proper technique. Dancers are encouraged to wear a leotard and tights, with the option of adding a skirt or dance shorts. Male dancers should wear athletic shorts or pants with a fitted shirt. For safety and ease of movement, jeans are not permitted in any class
🩰 Dance Shoes
Dancers can be fitted for all required dance shoes during our Open House events on August 31 and September 3 from 5:00–7:00 PM. If you choose to purchase shoes elsewhere, please be sure to follow our shoe requirements to ensure you purchase the correct style and color for your dancer's class.
🎭 Recital
The highlight of our dance season is our 22nd Annual Dance Recital, taking place May 28–29, 2027! Most classes perform in one recital, while some older classes may perform in multiple shows. When registering, you'll be able to see which recital(s) each class will participate in.
